摘要 本文采用了一种新的抑制型离子色谱检测技术——抑制型间接电导检测法,对以往抑制型离子色谱难以检测的CO_3~2进行了测定。以NaCl为流动相,对其浓度和流速进行了选择。当以5mM和10mM NaCl在1.5ml/min淋洗时,检测限分别为0.3和1.0mg/1(信噪比2.5),CO_3^(2-)浓度在1000mg/1以下时成线性。常见的强酸离子不干扰测定。用这种方法测定了自来水中的CO_3^(2-),加20mg/1CO_3^(2-)的回收率在93.2%到102.8%之间。 A new suppressor ion chromatographic technique, the indirect conductimetric detection, has been used for detection of carbonate which is difficult to detect with ordinary suppressor ion chromatography. The mobile phase is NaCl. When the Concentrations of NaCl are 5mM and 10mM and the flow rate is 1. 5ml/min, the detec- tion limits are 0. 3 and 1. 0mg/l respectively (N/S=2. 5). The linearity is maintained when concentration is below 1000mg/l. Other inorganic acids have no interference on the determination. Carbonate in tap water was determined, the recoveries were between 93. 2% to 102. 8% when 20mg/l carbonate was added.
