为了扩大产品规格、提高产品质量、减少堆钢,酒钢不锈钢厂点检作业区对不锈钢热轧设备进行了技术改造。同时介绍了其改造后主要设备性能和工艺特点、改造后产量得到了提高并且设备故障得到了很好的控制,轧制堆钢现象明显降低。

The equipment maintenance department of stainless steel plant at JISCO carried out some technological improvement for the hot rolling equipment to extend the product range, reduce cobbles. The performance and technological characteristics of the major equipment is detailed. After the renovation, the output is improved, and the equipment failure rate has been reduced, and cobble rate （%） has declined.
