长钢降低铁水消耗探析

为了达到低铁消耗、高钢产出的效果,长钢采取了提高铁水温度、优化装入制度、强化造渣和供氧制度、低温出钢、提高钢水收得率、提高管理水平等措施,降低了钢铁料的消耗。

This paper showed it was important to cut down molten iron for the steel plant in changgang, through taking the measures of raising the temperature of molten iron, optimizing the system of the charging , strengthening the system of slagging and supplying oxygen, tapping of molten steel in a low-temperature, increasing the absorptivity of molten steel, improving the level of the management, and so on,to reduce the molten iron consumption.And a good effect of the low iron consumption and the high steel production was reached.
