摘要
研究多孔淀粉酯化处理及交联处理的条件,探讨多孔淀粉经交联、酯化复合改性处理的工艺条件。研究表明:多孔淀粉经先交联-再酯化的复合处理后,其吸油能力较原多孔淀粉提高36.2%。
Studied the conditions of porous starch was treated by esterized and cross-linked, as well as approached the parameters of it was multiplicity-treated of esterized and cross-linked. Conclusion: the absorption rate ofoil of porous starch is 36.2 % higher than un-treated by multiplicity-treated of esterized then cross-linked.
