我院2005～2007年使用金额前二十位临床药品统计分析

Analysis of the Drugs Sold of the Top 20 in Our Hospital during 2005 - 2007.

目的探讨国家药品政策因素对我院用药的影响。方法应用医院药品管理系统，对我院2005-2007年使用金额前二十位临床药品进行统计分析。结果我院2005～2007年使用金额前二十位药品总金额贴全年购入药品总金额的30．5％、28％、25％，呈逐年不降的趋势。结论三年来通过国家相关政策的调控和医院对）临床合理用药的强化管理，我院药品价格明显下降，不合理用药现象得到一定程度的控制。

Objective To discuss the influence of pharmaceutical policy factors on our hospital drug consumption. Methods To analysis the consumption of the top 20 drugs used in our hospital during 2005 - 2007. To used the drug management of hospital information system （ HIS）. Results The top of 20 drugs from 2005 to 2007,the amount of money in the whloe years＇ rate was 30. 5% ,28% ,25%, the tendency of descendly. Conclusion In the last three years, drug price in our hospital has obviously increased under pharmaceutical policy control and the practice of hospital management, irrational drug use is under control to some degree.
