摘要 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺植入放射性125I粒子治疗肺癌的方法。方法:CT引导经皮穿刺植入125I粒子治疗肺癌102例。所有病例均行术前治疗计划系统(TPS)制定治疗计划,术后质量验证。全部患者均植入0.62~0.80mCi的放射性粒子。结果:全部病例植入成功,15例出现气胸、3例咳血,经急救无死亡。术后定期复查CT,未出现放射损伤症状,未发现粒子脱落或游走等并发症。结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺植入放射性125I粒子行组织间照射治疗肺癌安全、疗效可靠、创伤小、并发症少。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CT guided radioactivie ^125I seed implantation in treating lung cancer. Methods:102 patients with lung cancer undergone CT guided radioactivie ^125I seed implantation, treat according to TPS. We can adopt plan implantation technique with ^125I seeds of 0.65~0.80 mci. Results: All patients were successful in treatment. The emergengy occurred during treatment, including 15 cases with pneumothorax. 3 casea with haemoptysis. No death by emergengy treat. No seed migration in all cases during 2 month follow up. Conclusion:CT guided radioactive ^125I seed implantation has good clinical effecs in treat lung cancer with minimal dange and few complacations.
