调整产业结构实现大连市水资源可持续利用

Regulating Industrial Structure to Accomplish the Sustainable Use of Water Resources in Dalian City

在分析了大连市水资源开发条件、水资源要素移动性差的特点、利用现状及其与经济发展关系的基础上，得出水资源是大连区域可持续发展终极限制因素的结论；通过对大连市一、二、三产业结构及其内部结构调整与耗用淡水关系的分析，认为调整产业结构是实现区域可持续发展的主要途径；最后采用系统动力学模型模拟分析产业结构调整与淡水资源供需平衡的关繁，得出４个结论。

Based on the analysis of exploited conditions the poor character of water elements' movement,the presently using situation and the relation with economic development, this article makes the conclusion that water resources is the ultimately restricted factor to Dalian city's regional sustainable development. Through analysing the relation between industrial structure, each industries' internal struture and water consumption, the author holds that regulating industrial structure is the main way of bringing about regional sustainable development. At last, using systemdynamics model to simulatly analyse the relation between the regulation of industrial structure and the equilibrium of water resources' supply and demand, the author draws four conclusions.
