副溶血弧菌胃肠道感染2247例分析

Analysis of Vibrioparahaem Olyticus Gastrointestinal Tract Infections in 2247 Cases

目的:了解副溶血弧菌胃肠道感染的临床特征。方法:分析1998—2007年复旦大学附属金山医院肠道门诊副溶血弧菌胃肠道感染病例的临床资料,总结其临床特点。结果:10年期间共有副溶血弧菌感染患者2247例,患者例数近年来略有减少趋势,以5～10月间多见,6～9月为高峰期,临床表现多见腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等。结论:了解副溶血弧菌感染的典型症状有助于更好的治疗该类感染。

Objective：To find out the clinical characteristics of Vibrioparahaem olyticus infection. Methods：Clinical data ot patients with Vibrioparahaem olyticus intestinal tract in out-patient clinic of Jinshan Hospital were reviewed, the characteristics of clinical manifestation were summarized. Results： In 2247 Vibrioparahaem olyticus infections, decreased a little in recent years, most of them occured in May to October, the most popular in June to September; Clinical manifestation were stomachache, diarrhea, nausea and vomit. Conclusion： Study on clinical manifestation of Vibrioparahaem olyticus play an important role in theraphy.
