The Clinical Application of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Traumatic Bladder Rupture

目的:探讨B超检查诊断外伤性膀胱破裂的临床应用价值。方法:对68例外伤性膀胱破裂患者行B超检查,对高度可疑膀胱破裂者行膀胱人工充盈B超动态观察,分析其临床资料。结果:16例患者经B超检查直接诊断;52例高度可疑者行膀胱人工充盈B超动态观察,其中45例明确诊断,7例提示膀胱破裂诊断后经膀胱造影或手术探查证实。结论:B超检查可早期诊断膀胱破裂,准确率与膀胱造影相似,具有操作简便、无痛苦、实用、准确,无放射性,同时能检查腹腔脏器等优点,诊断价值大,可作为膀胱破裂的首选检查。

Objective：To assess the clinical application of diagnosis traumatic rupture of bladder with Bultrasonography. Methods：Sixty-eight patients with traumatic bladder rupture were given Bultrasoundgraphy check, height suspected traumatic bladder rupture patients were treated by bladder filling with artificial and dynamic observation by B-uhrasonography, their clinical data were analyzed. Results： Sixteen patients were direct diagnosis, fifty two height suspected traumatic bladder rupture patients were treated by bladder filling with artificial and dynamic observation by Bultrasonography, forty-five patients were definite diagnosis, seven patients prompt diagnosis, all of them were confirmed by bladder modeling technique or surgical exploration. Conclusion：Bultrasonography can early diagnose bladder rupture, the accuracy was similar to the cystography. It has the advantage of simplicity, accuracy, practicality and painless, nonradiative, and made the abdominal viscera examination, has a great value, can be the first methods.
