彩色多普勒超声在睾丸肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值

Value of Colour Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Testicular Tumor

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在睾丸肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:对2003年—2007年收治的40例睾丸肿瘤的超声图像结合其手术及病理结果进行回顾分析。结果:40例睾丸肿瘤中,生殖细胞瘤34例(其中精原细胞瘤28例,胚胎癌4例,畸胎瘤2例),恶性淋巴瘤4例,睾丸间质细胞瘤1例,皮样囊肿1例,均具有较为特征性的声像图。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以对睾丸肿瘤作出初步的诊断,为进一步治疗提供依据,是睾丸肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中必不可少的影像学检查方法。

Objective：To evaluate color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of testicular tumor. Methods： From 2003 to 2007, ultrasound findings and pathological results were retrospectively studied in 40 men with testicular tumor. Results： Of the total tumor cases, 34 cases were germ cell tumor （including 28 cases of seminoma, 4 cases of embryonal carcinoma, 2 cases of teratoma）, 4 cases were malignant lymphoma, one case was testicular interstitial cell tumor and one case was zoomylus.
