大理古城民居客栈中外游客满意度对比研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON SATISFACTION QUOTIENT OF CHINESE AND FOREIGN VISITORS ABOUT INNS OF LOCAL STYLE IN OLD CITY OF DALI

选取大理古城民居客栈作为研究对象,尝试建立大理古城民居客栈游客满意度测评体系,通过对大理古城民居客栈的中外游客满意度调查,采用实证研究、横向比较相结合的方法,对比分析中外游客满意度,以期对类似民居客栈业的发展有积极的指导作用。研究表明:中外游客对大理古城民居客栈的产品与服务是持肯定态度的;中国游客对大理古城民居客栈的总体满意度普遍高于外国游客;中外游客都对大理古城民居客栈表示了很高的忠诚度。

The common people residence inn is one kind of family hotels with Chinese characteristic.The family hotel origins after World War Ⅱ in England. mainly has two forms： One is B＆B （Bed ＋ Breakfast）, the other is called Guesthouse, namely family hotel. China＇s family hotel is a kind of special traveling product which is a concomitant of domestic traveling development forms. Dali Ancient City, with historical links dating back to many thousand years ago, is known as ＂Famous Town of Culture＂ and ＂Ancient State of wonderful fragrance＂. It is also famous as Bai people inhabited areas with the dense Bai ethic amorous feedings and diverse national culture. The folk residence inn in Dali ancient city, has the following characteristics： 1） Small volume with strong ethnic features; 2）an attraction to meet the needs for tourists＇ experience of rest and recreation; 3）an unique representative of integrating the ancient town, scenic areas and national features; 4） Mainly in Bai ethnic minority style combining other types. As a significant staging post of the Tea-horse Road, the folk residence in Dali ancient city varies in ethics, the majority is of the Bai style, the few parts are the Tibetan, as well as Bai-Tibetan mixture. Influenced by the inbound tourists, the partial inn even has integrated features of the occident and China.This paper selected the folk residence inn of Dali ancient city as a research object, and attempted to establish tourist＇s satisfaction evaluation system. By using empirical research and the crosswise comparison unified, from the perspectives of management, this paper made quantitative studies to do a comparative analysis on Chinese and foreign tourist＇s satisfaction. It aims to provide direct theoretical basis for further development and improvement, to guide the management role for similar folk residence in the whole country, meanwhile, to enrich the theory of folk residence.The actual survey indicates that： Chinese and foreign tourists hold＇the affirmative attitude to the product and service of folk residence inn in Dali ancient city; Among them, Chinese tourists have higher overall contentment than foreign tourists; There exist some differences in the highest and lowest satisfaction between Chinese and foreign tourists; The factor item of unfavorable attitude among them shows high degree of consensus, and they all signifiy very high loyalty to the folk residence inn of Dali ancient city. Based on this conclusion, this paper makes proposals for their managements and is in expectations of enhancing Chinese and foreign tourists＇ satisfaction along with promoting the tourism image of Dali through improving various different links and factors.
