我国住房市场的动态学分析

摘要 本文从住房模型出发,运用动态学方法,分别对住房资本已存市场和新增住房市场的均衡进行分析,得到了住房市场的鞍点路径和处于鞍点上的均衡住房存量和真实住房价格。
