摘要
针对漳泽水库目前的蓄水已远远不能满足用水要求,笔者采用系统分析法,建立了该水库群整体的防洪、联合兴利调度的数学模型,并进行了数学上的优化求解。研究表明:提高漳泽水库汛限水位至901.8 m时(提高0.8 m),调洪最高洪水位达到904.2 m,基本与漳泽水库原设计调洪最高水位相同,证明了汛期增加蓄水量,减少弃水,水库群能满足其防洪对象的防洪安全。
The Zhangze Reservoirs belongs to the No. 2 heavy reservoir with comprehensive utilization of flood control, irrigation,and water supply for industry and city. Because of the limits of flood water storage, the Zhangze reservoirs now do not meet the demands in water storage. In this paper, the method of system analysis was used to set up a mathematical model for flood control, and joint scheduling of the reservoirs. The optimized solution of the model showed that increasing the flood-controlling level to 901.8 m(an increase by 0.8 m)gives an increased maximum flood-regulating level to 904.2 m. It is almost the same with originally designed flood-controlling level of Zhangze reservoirs. It was also proved that by increasing flood water storage and decreasing surplus water, reservoirs can meet the safety of the flood control objects.
