摘要
通过研究钢丝质量与碱集料反应对预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)耐久性的影响,分析了钢丝氢脆化的内在原因与掺和料对抑制碱集料反应的效果,提出了消除或降低预应力钢丝氢脆化、控制碱集料反应的措施,使预应力钢筒混凝土管获得了较长的服务寿命。
On basis of studying the influence of steel quality and reaction of alkali aggregate on PCCP durability, this article analyses the internal cause of hydrogen embrittlement of steel and the effect of admixture restraining the reaction of alkali aggregate, and puts forward the measures of eliminating or reducing hydrogen embrittlement of prestressed steel and controlling reaction of alkali aggregate, in order to make the PCCP get longer life.
