摘要 基于多环境试验条件下的微光枪瞄(low-level-light weapon sight)检测技术一直是军备生产所关注的问题。设计了基于CCD光电转换技术的多环境试验检测系统,分析了系统成像的详细过程。通过对平行光管和CCD变焦镜焦距的计算,结合实际工程应用,其测量精度≤0.05mil,测量范围≥40mil,达到项目要求。 low-level-light weapon sight measurement technologies based on multiple environments testing conditions are always concerned by military equipments manufacturers. The multiple environments testing measurement system is designed based on CCD photoelectricity switch technology and the process of system images producing is analyzed in detail. According to the calculation of the focal lengths of parallel light and CCD zoom lens and the effects of practical engineering appliance, the measure precision which is less than 0.05 mil. and the measure range which is greater than 40 mil. can meet the project requirements.
