供应链维修资源可视化系统研究

Research on Maintenance Resources Visibility System based on Supply Chain

维修资源是装备保障的重要组成部分,针对维修保障资源的实时监控和有效管理,通过引入全资可视化(TAV,Total Asset Visibility)和供应链管理(SCM,Supply Chain Management)思想,提出了基于供应链的维修资源可视化功能需求,根据功能需求建立了由客户应用、中间处理、数据服务、系统管理组成的维修资源可视化系统结构,并对供应链管理系统、分布式多层体系、数据自动更新终端集成等关键技术进行了讨论和分析。研究表明,基于供应链的维修资源可视化系统除了可以实现对维修资源的有效监控,还增加了对维修保障过程中物流、信息流和资金流的管理和控制。

Maintenance resources are essential components of equipment support. For real time monitoring and effective management of maintenance support resources, introducing the concept of total asset visibility and supply chain management, function requirements of maintenance resource visibility based on supply chain are presented. In term of function requirements, the structure of maintenance resource visibility is set up, including client applications, middle processing, data services and system management. The key technologies of implementing maintenance resources visibility are also discussed and analyzed, such as supply chain management system, distributed multiplayer architectures, terminal integration of data automatic update. It is provided that maintenance resource visibility system based on supply can implements effective monitoring of maintenance resources, but also reasonable management and control of logistics, information flow and capital flow in the maintenance support.
