摘要
应用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判法系统研究装备科研招标项目评标问题,通过层次分析法确定指标体系的权重,运用模糊综合评判法进行模糊综合评判,得出最终结论,通过实例证明此评标方法是合理有效的。
This paper applies AHP and fuzzy comprehensive scientific and technical projects. AHP is used to decide the assessment in the tender assessment of rank of qualitative index and fuzzy comprehensive assessment calculate the result of tender assessment.
