摘要
综述了某石化炼油厂馏分油加氢装置E1023蒸汽发生器管板裂纹的原因,对检验发现的问题和失效原因进行了分析,并结合设备运行状况提出了预防措施。
The cracking cause of the tube plate of the steam generator E1023 in the oil refinery has been analysed. The problem found by testing and the cause of invalidation were explained in detail. The prevention measure has been put forward to the equipment on its running state.
