摘要
敏捷方法针对传统方法在适应需求变化方面的不足,应用其灵活的开发机制有效控制需求变化带来的风险。在介绍敏捷方法的思想、价值观和过程实践规则的基础上,结合项目开发的实践经验,以极限编程为例,介绍了敏捷方法在营业收费系统开发中的应用和改进。
Aim at the traditional software methods＇ shortage in adapting the requirement change, Agile methods can control the venture brought by requirement change effectively, by using its agile mechanism. Based on introducing the agile software methods＇ main ideology, worthiness and practice regular, combined the practice and take the XP as case, we introduce the application and improvement of agile method in charge system.
