摘要
Yaffs文件系统及Nand闪存在嵌入式系统中得到了广泛的应用。首先分析了Yaffs文件系统的原理以及Yaffs文件系统在Nand闪存上的存储机制。然后通过一个具体命令分析了U-Boot命令的执行流程。在此基础上对U-Boot的nand write命令功能作了扩充,使U-Boot具有了写入Yaffs文件系统的功能。
Yaffs file system and nand flash are widly used in embedded system. This paper firstly analyses the principle of yaffs filesystem and the mechanism of storage on nand flash. Then through analysising a U-Boot command, illustrate the process of executing a command in U-Boot. On these foundation, extend the function of U-Boot＇s command＇hand write＇ and make the U-Boot have the ability of writing the yaffs filesystem to nand flash in an embedded system.
