摘要
介绍了单片机8081F330和 PT2262组成的编译码系统,以及在采煤机遥控装置中的应用。由于采用单片机直接译码,将 PT2262可传递二进制信息从4～6位扩展到12位(0和1),不但可实现现有采煤机遥控装置的全部控制功能,还能携带更多信息控制采煤机其它工作参数,使采煤机运作状态最佳化。
This paper introduces a decoding system based on SCM 8051F330 and PT2262, and its application in the remote control equipment of coal mining machine. For decoding with SCM directly, this system expands the binary （0 and 1 ） number from 4 - 6 bits to 12 bits. It not only can cover all functions of the remote control equipment, but also can take more information to control the other working parameters of shearer, so as to make the shearer running in optimum state.
