摘要
自行研制了一种高浓度黏稠物料吸入特性测试装置。该装置可以通过改变物料的物理特性、吸料速度、物料仓压力和吸料长径比等工况,来研究大口径活塞泵吸入容积效率的变化。实验证明,该测试装置能够满足实验要求。
It is researched and developed independently a kind of test device of suction characteristic for viscous materials with high concentrations. With the modification of material physical property, sucking velocity, material bunker's pressure, L/D ratio of suction cylinder and other performances, the variation of suction volumetric efficiency of the large caliber piston pump is studied on. Experiments prove that the test device can meet the requirements. Successful development of the device can be a guide to the optimized structural design of the large caliber piston pump.
