摘要
采用计算机虚拟仪器技术开发的破碎及振动机械安全性能测试系统。实现了破碎及振动机械的多参数实时数据采集、处理、显示、保存及控制等功能。借助 LabVIEW 图形化编程软件,组建了4种数据采集测试系统,即振动、温度、噪声和功率测试系统,并研制出测试过程的虚拟前面板,给出部分程序框图。
This paper introduces a new mechanical safe performance test system for crushing and vibrating mechanics with computer virtual instruments. The system could collect, transact, show, save and control multiparameter real-time data of the crushing and vibrating mechanics. The paper sets up the four data-collecting test systems by Lab VIEW software, such as the vibration test system, the temperature test system, the noise test system and the power test system and designs the virtual front face and procedure charts of test performance.
