高碳高锰钢强韧化工艺研究

Research on Toughening Techniques of High-Carbon Hadifield Steel

摘要 在充分发挥碳在高锰钢中的固溶强化、奥氏体稳定化作用的基础上,以成本为主要控制因素开发的高碳高锰钢获得了成功。将含碳量提高到1.5%的高碳奥氏体锰钢,在经过1060~1100℃加热并适时保温后经水韧处理,得到奥氏体加微量点状碳化物的室温组织,力学性能满足了使用要求,实现了理想的性价比。高碳高锰钢衬板在直径φ1.83 m 的铁矿球磨机上使用,寿命达到1年,比常规高锰钢寿命提高了1倍。 On the basis of solid solution strenghening of carborn in the had(fieM steel and stabilization of austenite, high-carborn hadifield steel has been developed successfully with cost as main control factor This kind of high-earborn austenitic hadifield steel, with carborn content up to 1.5 %, has been treated by water toughening and acquired organization with austenite and micro pitting carbornide at room temperatury after heated between 1 060 ℃ and 1 100 ℃ and heat proper preserving. Mechanical performance of the organization applies to the service demand and it reaches the ideal cost performance. High-carborn hedfield steel plate is used to the Ф1.83 m iron ball mill, and its service life can be up to one year, two time as long as the normal.
