摘要
针对斜板分级浓密箱在攀枝花钢铁集团钛业公司选钛厂的应用,研究了一套基于PLC 的自动控制系统。该系统以 PLC 为控制核心,对参数进行实时检测与控制,使斜板分级浓密箱达到了理想的分级和浓缩效果。
In view of application of inclined classifying thickeners in titanium washeries of Titanium Industrial Corporation of Panzhihua Steel Co., we have researched a set of automatic control systems based on PLC. The system takes PLC as the controlling core, and real-time detects and controls the parameters to make the thickeners achieve desired classification and thickener effect.
