摘要
应用光学显微镜以及力学性能测试设备研究了高强度船板钢不同正火温度后的组织和性能。结果表明,正火钢的组织为多边形铁素体和珠光体,随着正火温度的提高,钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,延伸率先提高后下降,正火钢的冲击韧性得到明显提高。同时应用透射电镜对正火钢析出相进行研究,探讨其强化机理。
Effects of different normalizing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength ship building steels were investigated by using optical microscope and universal material testing machine. The experimental results showed that the microstructure of normalized steel was composed of polygon ferrite and pearlite. The intensity and the toughness decreased with the increasing of normalizing temperature, but the elongate increased first then decreased. The impact toughness of normalized steel was improved greatly. The strengthening mechanism was discussed by studying the precipitation phase with TEM.
