439铁素体不锈钢板坯的夹杂分析 被引量:10

摘要 采用逐道刨除的方法对439铁素体不锈钢板坯的皮下夹渣缺陷进行分析,运用金相显微镜以及扫描电镜分析了439板坯内部夹杂的情况。由于皮下夹渣的存在,使板坯的修磨率需2.7%以上。内部夹杂物多为TiN,且夹杂物沿板坯厚度方向以及宽度方向对称分布;同时靠近板坯外面区域,夹杂物数量多尺寸小,而板坯中心区域,夹杂物数量少,但尺寸大。 The entrapped slag in the subsurface of ferritic stainless steel 439 slab was investigated by planing the surface layers of slab. The inclusion inside was analyzed by using metalloscope and SEM. The results showed the grinding lost of 439 slabs was more than 2.7 % because of the entrapped slag. Most of the inside inclusions were TiN, which symmetrically distributed along the width direction and thickness direction of slab. In the area close to the slab surface there existed small inclusion with a big amount, but bigger inclusion with a smaller in the centre area.
