滚筒法钢渣处理新型进料装置研发

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TYPE FEEDER OF BSSF STEEL SLAG PROCESSING DEVICE

为适应宝钢炼钢厂及社会市场对滚筒法钢渣处理技术工艺的要求,介绍了滚筒法钢渣处理技术的发展和相应的进料装置,以及各自存在的不足。为解决进料装置出现漏渣和不能适应粘稠钢渣处理的问题,研发了倾斜式筒体加自驱动圆管进料新型钢渣处理装置,该装置有广阔的应用前景。

Development of BSSF steel slag processing device and the corresponding feeders, as well as their own shortage were introduced. A new type of BSSF steel slag processing device with tilting drum and self-driven feeder of round tube shape was developed to suit the viscous slag process, and to solve the problems of slag leakage from the feeder. This kind device has wide appliance foreground.
