摘要 介绍超精密加工技术的发展,并展望其前景;阐述超精密切削加工及超精密砂轮磨削加工中的核心技术,对超精密加工技术的研发和创新有参考意义。 The author introduces development of ultra - precision processing technology and its prospects. He dedicates the core technology in the ultra - precision machining and the ultra - precision wheel grinding, and that could contribute to the research development and innovation of ultra - precision processing technology.
