摘要
精密机床在加工中,精确进给是机床制造中的一大难题。通过对进给结构中进给爬行、传动刚性、机床振动的分析,针对机床的用途,采用静压导轨、直线滚动导轨、磕头机构、静压偏心套机构等不同进给机构,消除了不利因素对进给的影响,达到精确进给的目的。
In the machining of precision machine tool. accurate feed is a problem in the machine manufacture. By analyzing problems which exit in the feed structure, it is found that there are three problems: feed creeping, drive rigidity, machine vibration. According to application of machine tool, different feed mechanism such as static pressure, linear roll guideway, oscillating mechanism, static pressure eccentric sleeve mechanism are adopted to eliminate influence of adverse factors and to complete the feed process accurately.
