多管还原炉使用中的缺陷分析与改进措施

摘要 针对传统的多管还原炉在能耗、温度、压力波动、舟皿变形等方面存在的问题和缺陷,研究出在炉体结构、进料装置、炉门结构等方面加以改进的方法,有利于稳定工艺条件,降低能耗,达到提高产品质量和降低生产成本的效果。 Aiming at problems and defects existing in energy consumption, temperature and pressure fluctuations, utensil de- formation of the traditional multi - pipeline reduction furnace, the improvement methods for the furnace construction, feeding equipment and furnace door structure are developed in this paper. It is good for stabling the process conditions and reducing energy consumption, so the product quality is improved and the production costs is lowered.
