介绍发电机定子铁芯与下压指振动磨损和线棒下端绝缘表面磨损的情况,并介绍了发电机定子不分解,现场进行局部修复的主要工艺技术方法和定子线棒在槽内进行绝缘修复的成功经验。

In this paper, the vibrating abrasion of the stator core and the underdraught finger in generator and the rod insula- tion abrasion are introduced, and main technical method of partial restoration, insulation repairation of the stator rod in canal without separation of the generator stator are deduced.
