摘要
对螺杆式制冷压缩机进行定期的振动监测与诊断分析,了解设备的运行情况,及时发现设备故障,并针对故障有目的地进行检修,避免盲目检修可能带来的设备损伤和经济损失,节约了人力、物力和财力。
In this paper, vibration detection and diagnostic analysis of the helix refrigeration compressors are made regularly, to find out the situation of equipment＇s operation as well as the malfunction. Furthermore, according tothe malfunction, pur- posefully examine and repair it. So that, it will avoid the equipment damage and the economical loss which are caused by blindly repairment. Importantly, it will save manpower, material as well as finacial resources.
