摘要
用差示量热分析(DSC)、FTIR法对不同固化温度下的固化反应进行分析,用热重分析法(TG)、电子万能力学试验机对固化产物稳定性以及力学性能进行测试。结果表明:环氧树脂(E-20)/甲醚化氨基树脂(AR)体系固化温度在130℃,固化时间15~20min,固化效果较好,拉伸性能较高,剥离性能最好。在210℃烘干10min,可以进一步去除高沸点溶剂,固化产物在337℃以下,稳定性较好。
The curing reaction of the epoxy resin (E-20) and methanol etherified amino resin (AR) at the different curing temperature was analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), FTIR. The stability and mechanical properties of the curing product were measured by thermogravimetry (TG) and the universal mechanical testing machine. The results indicate: With the curing temperature of the epoxy resin(E-20) and methanol etherified amino resin (AR) at 130℃ and the curing time from 15 minutes to 20 minutes, the curing product owned better curing result , higher tensile strength and best peel properties. When stove for 10 minutes, high boiling solvent could be removed, meantime, the curing product had better stability below 337℃.
