摘要
采用扫频试验得出振动台对托盘关键部位最大传递率所对应的频率。在承受集中载荷下,观察托盘关键部位在经过低周振动和高周振动后的强度变化,并对不同部位的强度进行了比较。最终得出高周振动对托盘边板有较大影响但对加强筋无明显影响,而预置缺口对边板的强度也无明显的影响。
The corresponding frequency of the key parts of the poplar particle presswood pallet at maximal transmissibility was determined by frequency sweep test. The changes of the strength of the key parts of the pallet under concentrated load after low cycle vibration and high cycle vibration were observed, and the strength of different parts was compared. The results showed that high cycle vibration has a greater impact on the side board, little influence on stiffener; Notch has little influence on the strength of the side board.
