摘要
对叠置蜂窝纸板衬垫的平压性能和平压性能进行了研究。结果表明,双层叠置纸板的压溃过程可分为7个阶段;叠置蜂窝纸板与单层蜂窝纸板的压溃强度基本相同,且错对与正对两种叠置衬垫的抗压性能基本相同。试验结果说明利用蜂窝纸板厂的生产性蜂窝纸板废弃物制作运输包装用叠置缓冲衬垫可行。
The flatwise compression properties of two types of different honeycomb cardboard combining pads and signal honeycomb cardboard were studied. It was found that the compression property of combining pads was different from that of the single structure, but the compression property had no evident differences for the two combining pads. The typical compression breakage curve for combining pads could be divided into seven stages, whereas that of the single structure had only four stages. For the maximum strength of the breakage, it was similar for three structures. It is feasible to produce combining buffering pads with honeycomb cardboard wastes.
