缓冲用纸蜂窝优化设计方法

摘要 纸蜂窝材料的优化设计包括纸蜂窝结构的优化设计和蜂窝原纸的优化选材,纸蜂窝的缓冲性能主要由纸蜂窝压缩过程中所能承受的平台应力的大小和平台应力区的长度来决定。给出了借助纸蜂窝压缩平台应力评估公式进行纸蜂窝材料优化设计的流程图,并以实例说明了纸蜂窝结构的优化设计和蜂窝原纸的优化选材。 Optimum designs of paper honeycombs include the optimum design of honeycomb structure and the selection of base paper. The cushioning properties of paper honeycombs are mainly decided by the value of plateau stress and the length of plateau strain section during compression process. The optimum design flow chart of paper honeycomb was provided, which was based on the evaluation equation of the plateau stress. The optimum design of honeycomb structure and the selection of base paper were illustrated with example.
