摘要
以麦草纤维和阳离子淀粉为主要成分制备新型复合包装材料,通过主要因素:碱液质量浓度、淀粉含量、热压温度和压强对材料力学性能影响的分析,结果表明:碱液质量浓度为2%、淀粉质量分数为30%、热压温度170℃、压强3.5MPa时为设计范围内的最佳参数。
Wheat straw and cationic starch was used as main components to make a new type composite material. The effects of the parameters such as the sodium hydroxide concentration, the cationic starch content, temperature, and pressure intensity were analyzed. The results showed that the sodium hydroxide concentration of 2%, cationic content of 30%, 170℃, and pressure intensity of 3.5MPa are the best parameters in design scope.
