摘要
随着跨入新的世纪,全球化正将国际商业竞争推向前所未有般激烈,营商的成败关键已不再取决于技术成本效益,而是在于设计,设计也成为了力克竞争对手的重要工具。鉴于中国经济发展状况以及在此环境中各行企业特别是中小企业自身发展特点的调查分析,运用设计领导力在企业中的构建方法,为中小企业设计领导力的构建,和其以设计为导向的创新型商业模式的建立,提出设想和建议。
Along with the new century coming, globalization has led to an unforeseen level of international competition intensity between businesses. Commercial success can no longer be measured on cost competitiveness around the world. According to diagnoses about economy growing status and the feature of corporations developing under such environments, especially the medium or small enterprises, the paper put forward assumption and suggestion by applying the way of constructing design leadership, so as to bring possible reference for construction design leadership and creative business mode.
