摘要
介绍了以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体制备含磺酸基改性聚环氧琥珀酸(MPESA)的方法,并与常用水处理剂对循环冷却水中钙盐的阻垢性能进行了比较。结果表明,在MPESA投量为50mg/L时,对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢性能与常用水处理剂的相当,阻垢率为90%左右;其对磷酸钙的阻垢效果明显优于其他常用水处理剂,在投量为5mg/L时阻垢率就可达90%以上,表明MPESA具有良好的应用前景。
The synthesis method of modified polyepoxysuccinic acid (MPESA) with sulfonate group by using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) is introduced, and the performance of calcium scale inhibition by MPESA is compared with that by conventional water treatment agents. The results show that when the dosage of MPESA is 50 mg/L, the scale inhibition performance on calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate is equal to that of conventional water treatment agents, with the scale inhibition rate of 90%. However, the efficiency of calcium phosphate scale inhibition by MPESA is superior to that by conventional water treatment agents, and the scale inhibition rate is 90% when the dosage is only 5 mg/L, which indicates that MPESA has good application prospect.
