摘要
通过测定不同废(污)水的SS、pH值、电导率和COD等主要理化指标,对其特性进行了表征,同时应用发光细菌法测定了其生物毒性,并根据水质毒性分级标准对水样毒性进行了评价。结果表明,废(污)水的EC50值与COD和电导率不存在相关性;虽然部分废(污)水排放时COD达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级或二级标准,但对发光细菌仍具有不同程度的毒性效应。因此,只有将废(污)水理化指标与生物分析方法相结合,才能准确评价废(污)水对环境的影响,进而制定出可靠的废(污)水排放标准。
The characterization of different wastewater was carried out through determination of SS, pH, conductivity and COD. The biotoxicity of wastewater was determined by photohacteria method and evaluated according to the toxicity grading standard. The results show that there is no correlation between ECs0 and COD, conductivity. Although part of wastewater reaches the first or second standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996), it has toxicity to photobacteria to some extent. It indicates that the combination of the physico-chemical characterization and the biological analysis can provide the correct information for establishing the wastewater discharge standard.
