己内酰胺在煤化工行业发展前景分析

摘要 对己内酰胺的性质和用途进行了阐述,介绍了国内己内酰胺产品的发展情况和生产能力,分析了当前己内酰胺产品的市场需求和行业发展状况,对目前国内采用不同原料生产己内酰胺的工艺进行了介绍,并对各种原料和工艺技术路线进行对比分析,同时介绍了焦化行业粗苯加氢精制、焦炉煤气变压吸附技术的发展为己内酰胺生产提供了优质低价的原料,煤化工行业发展己内酰胺产品所需的原料情况、发展优势、采用的工艺技术等条件已经成熟,提出了焦化行业延伸苯类产品的产业链和发展己内酰胺的建议。 Property and use of caprolactam were expounded,and the current situation and capacity of domestic capro- lactam products were introduced.Then,the current market demands,development of the industry,current domestic produc- tion of raw materials with different caprolactam of the process,and a variety of materials and technology routes were ana- lyzed,respectively.At the same time,introduced crude benzene hydrogenation-and coke oven gas pressure swing adsorption -technologies of coking industry that are providing high-quality low-cost raw materials for the development of caprolac- tam production.The requirements of coal chemical industry for raw materials,advantages,and technologies were satisfied.At last,suggestions were put forward to extend the industry chain of benzene products and develop caprolactam.
