摘要 通过对电子俘获材料的特性分析,以及各种薄膜制备技术的适用条件比较,提出了一种制备红外上转换薄膜的简易方法-溶液沉积法,详细阐述了其实验步骤,并分析了成膜质量,具有控制简单、经济适用、成膜均匀等优点。 Through analysing the characteristic of electron trapping material and comparing all kinds of methods of making thin film, The paper introduces a good method of making thin film-chemical solution aggradation method, and it does not need high technology experiment equipments. The paper explains experiment process of the method in details, and analyses the quality of the result. Advantages of the method are introduced. It is simple, controllable, economical,even and so on.
