Construction of Index System of Selecting Reserve Talent for Topnotch Male Boxers of Our Country

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等,构建我国优秀男子拳击运动员选材指标体系。包括形态指标、素质指标、机能指标及心理指标。同时,建立优秀拳击运动员选材的单项指标评分标准,反映拳击运动员竞技能力水平,帮助教练员科学选材及训练监控。

Using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire etc., it constructed the index system of selecting reserve talent for China＇ s topnotch male boxers. The system included the indexes of morphology, quality, function and psychology, and in the meantime, established the grading standards of single index of selecting reserve talent for topnoteh male boxers, which could give expression to boxers＇ competitive ability and level and help coaches scientifically select reserve talent and control training.
