N,P,Fe-EDTA,Mn对赤潮生物锥状斯氏藻增殖影响的初步研究 被引量:32

摘要 于1994年7月在胶州湾北岸上马镇小4虾池采集了锥状斯氏藻,采用正交实验的方法研究了N,P,Fe-EDTA,Mn4个因子对它生长的影响。结果表明,Fe-EDTA和Mn对该藻的生长有显著促进作用,N有一定的促进作用,其主次因素为Mn>Fe-EDTA>NO3-N>PO4-P。 Red tide dinoflagellate Scrtwsiella tro choidea was sampled from a shrimp pond at Shangma locatod on the north coast of Jiaozhou Bay in July, 1994 and grew within a bateh culture system. An orthogonal designing method was used to study the effectS of N, P, Fe-EDTA and Mn on the growth of S trochothea. The experiment consisted of sixteen groups, for which we selected four levels for N, P and Fe-EDTA, and two levels for Mn respechvely. We analysed the variance for cell density, growth nd and generahon hme. The result shows that Mn, Fe-EDTA and No3-N remarkably enhance the maximum cell density and growth rate of S. trochoidea.PO4-P does not aPparently affect its maximum cell density, but has a posihve effect on the growth rate. All the four factors have strong effects on the generahon time of Strochoidea. It is concluded that Mn has the most remarkable enhancing effect on the growth of S trochoidea. The effechng order is Mn > Fe-EDTA > NO3-N > PO4-P.Comparing the result obtained in the present study with those from previous studies elsewhere, it appears that S trochoidea has a large storage capacity for P but has no such a capacity for Mn.
