环胶州湾高速公路路面不平度的研究

摘要 路面不平度是车辆行驶时最主要的激励,获得准确的路面信息可为车辆动力响应分析及整车可靠性试验提供参考。应用路面功率谱技术对环胶州湾高速公路硬土路基和软土路基路面的不平度特性进行了测量和分析,得到了环胶州湾高速公路路面的不平度状况的加速度功率谱密度和位移功率谱密度曲线图。结果表明,硬土路基和软土路基路面的总体特征方差与拟和特征比较接近,各相关系数为0.94和0.96,说明路面位移的功率谱密度的拟和表达式是准确的。低频段谱密度值都较大,路面分布在B级到C级之间;而在高频段,谱密度值很小,路面分布在A级。 Road roughness is the most important excitation of vehicle driving, and the detail results can put forward some important reference to vehicle dynamic analysis and reliability test. In this study, road spectrum analysis was conducted on hard soil subgrade and soft soil subgrade of Jiaozhou Bay expressway, and then, the roughness of Jiaozhou Bay expressway was quantitatively described, the acceleration power spectrum and density of displacement power spectrum curve graph of Jiaozhou Bay expressway are acquired. The conclusion suggests that the general characteristic variance of both subgrades is close to the fitting characteristic; with correlation coefficients are 0.94 and 0. 96, respectively, showing that the fitting expression of pavement displacement power spectrum is correct. In low frequency band, most of the road segment is in the range of B-grade and C-grade with large spectral values, conversely in A-grade with small spectral values in high-frequency band.
