摘要
从30株血浆凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌中分离13株耐甲氧西林血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Methicilin-ResistantCoagulase-NegativeStaphylococciMR-CNS)。MR-CNS占CNS分离率的43.3%(13/30)。30株CNS对万古霉素全部敏感,Oxacilin的MIC值≥8μg/ml的菌株同时耐15种抗生素的9—13种,Oxacilin的MIC值≤2μg/ml的菌种只对1—5种抗生素耐药。由于MR-CNS的分离率高,而且具有复合耐药性,所以我们要高度重视MR-CNS引起的感染。
13 Methicillin-Resistant Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci(MR-CNS)were identified from 30 Coagulase-Negative staphylococci.The detection rate of MR-CNS was 43.3%(13/30)in Coagulase-Negative staphylococci.All of 30 CNS were susceptible to Vancomycin.The strains of oxacillin≥8μg/ml were resistible to 9—13 of 15 antibitotics,the strains of oxacillin≤2μg/ml were only resistible to 1—5 of 15 antibitotics.Because of high detection rate of MR-CNS and mutiresistivity,we should pay much attention to MR-CNS infection.AS soon as we find MR-CNS,we should cure it with Vancomycin.
