摘要
本文以人Ｔ淋巴细胞白血病细胞株（ＣＥＭ）为实验模型，研究了玉竹提取物（ＰＡＯＡ）有效成份对该细胞株表面标志的影响。结果表明ＰＡＯＡ有效成份对ＣＥＭ细胞抗原表达有显著影响，可能对该细胞逆转分化成熟有诱导作用。终浓度为１×１０－３ＰＡＯＡ有效成份对ＣＥＭ细胞还有明显的抑制作用。鉴于ＰＡＯＡ有效成份对ＣＥＭ细胞表面标志的影响。
The influnce of PAOA-extract on the surface marks of CEM (T-lymphocyte leukemia cell)was investigated in this paper.The result showed that PAOA-extract has great influence on mark expression of CEM and consequently induces its differenciation PAOA-extract in 1×10-3/ml final concentration also inhibited the growth of CEM cells.All these results suggested that PAOA-extract can be used fo tract T-lymphocyte leukemia.
