摘要
汉代公职人员"五日一休"的日常例行休假始被称为"休沐",自此以后,"休沐"作为公职人员例行休假的代称一直沿用至清末。这一名称在汉代的确立以及汉代"五日一休"规定的背后有着深刻的文化根源。这一制度的确立不但跟汉代人"天人合一"的自然信仰有关,还和汉代的政治以及儒家"浴德"的信念相联系。
The holiday systems of officials in the Han Dynasty was named "Xiu Mu", and this name was remained to use over a long period of time in later ages. Generally, officials in the Han Dynasty had a holiday every five days. Both the name "Xiu Mu" and the holiday span have special cultural origins. The institution was not only connected to the nature belief in the Han Dynasty, but also had some relationship with the politics of Han's government and the faith of Confucianism.
