摘要
科举制度作为中国历史上影响最为深远的考试制度,存在时间达1300多年,为古代选官与选才做出了巨大的贡献。而西方公务员制度则是在借鉴中国科举制度经验的基础之上形成的选官制度,它与科举制既有相同之处,又有自己独特之处。借鉴科举制度与西方公务员制度,对我国现代公务员制度的进一步完善有着十分重要的意义。
As the most far--reaching examination system in Chinese history, the imperial examination system existed for more than 1300 years, and it make full use for official and talent. The western servant system learns from the Chinese examination system, which has the similar places with the imperial examination system, but it also has it own particularity. We can use for reference from imperial examination system and western servant system, and it has the very important significance for improving our modern servant system.
